Powder coating involves the application of engineered powdered polymers via spray, followed by melting and cross-linking of the polymers to form a durable, pore-free organic coating. Pigments and dyes can be blended in to provide infinitessimal color options.

Parts must be cleaned of any debris, machining oils, release agents, lubricants, or pizza grease in order for the powder coat to properly adhere.
